Who is involved?
The PUPIL Scheme is a CVCPA [Cynon Valley Crime Prevention Association] imitative which is funded by ESF Convergence funding and supported by Heddlu Gwent Police and South Wale Police Forces.
Alongside this partnership the six unitary authorities of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly, Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend and Torfaen.
